A good read. I agree what they had to say about Indiana. Another reason why there should be no thought by TB of going pro after this year.

Weird vibe from the whole article. Anyone else get that?

 

The whole intro to the article is talking about how it will focus on the weaknesses and straight-talk, but every SEC team receives a glowing review. Even Vandy.  I mean, cool, they're worse than their roster indicates, but they're still not good this year. It's OK to say that instead of praising how great two of their players are and how they just demand so much when you're playing them. 

 

It was mostly the SEC coaches unwilling to talk bad about the other teams I guess. Big Ten coaches were pretty straight and the ACC ones weren't bad, they're legit awesome at the top half of the conference this year so it's hard to find too many faults in their recognizing it.

Just putting this out there.  Every season it seems like every top B1G team has that WTF loss.  Maryland has yet to have that unless you count the home loss to Wiscy.  Does Maryland make it past Minny tonight or that their WTF conference loss?  That's their last real opportunity for a loss of that nature unless they all decide to slam Illini heads into the court and the refs decide to actually do the right thing and boot them. 

 

Usually upsets of this magnitude include the underdog shooting well from outside.  I can't see Minny shooting well from outside in an empty home gym, let alone against the best defensive team in the B1G (in conference play).

With all of the talent that team has they should blow most teams out. I feel like he has no feel for his lineups at all.
