His performance at Georgia reinforces our move from him in a way. It also indicates how interesting sports are. Get the right players, you win. Get the wrong ones you lose. Creans coaching hasn’t declined. It’s always pretty much sucked. But he’s a salesman. Wade. Wins. Zeller/Oladipo. Wins. Mostly everyone else. Losses.

I want a coach that knows what he needs and wins in spite or because of it. Doesn’t need a GOAT. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’d like a coach that can get GOATs, but I’d rather a coach that just finds ways to win regardless. Or both.

Woodson isn’t that. In year 1. I’ve got 1 foot out the door unless he pulls a rabbit out of his hat. Soon.

It appears that while Tom Crean is likely to be dismissed after the season, they’re not gonna try to pull off a fast one based on this incident.

Dave Pasch with an early contender for vapid analysis of the day in the Illinois-MSU game. Illinois comes out of halftime and runs their standard spread action that results in a driving layup by Granderson. They probably run it 20 times a game. And Pasch breaks out, “Wonder if that was a called play?”  Wow.

Too many timeouts right before/after media timeouts in the MSU/Illinois game. It feels like the second half has lasted about 2 hours.

Curbelo has zero mental recognition on defense. Walker on MSU is red hot. Curbelo allows him to catch and allows him to shoot over and over

Really good game between UK and Alabama.  Alabama was up 12 in the first half but UK is up 67-58 with 12:37 to go in the game.  UK is without their starting backcourt.

Pretty crazy that MSU scored 52 in the second half and still lost.

UK is now up 74-61. UA started 8-12 from 3 and since they are 2-18

I thought it was going to be a huge exaggeration, but Tech fans really did buy half (or more?) of these UT/TT tickets. One of the weirdest CBB atmospheres I’ve seen for an on campus game.

Former UConn player James Bouknight was ejected as a spectator at the UConn - Xavier game.  He reportedly had been standing on the court talking on his cellphone.   lol

This little funk auburn has been in for a couple weeks is gonna payoff in the tournament, learning to win the close ones. Cuz when they are hitting on all cylinders, they gooood. We need to get us a Jabari Smith lol
