I get that...but in 2015, nobody wants Alford...nobody at IU, at least...

let's get the man his due, as a player at IU and forget the rest...

 

dude is the leading 3 point shooter for a single season, and led IU to it's last NCAA Championship...

as I've said earlier...who is going to do better at IU? it's been 28 years...

I'm an old school IU fan that was happy with old school basketball, and old school defense...

 

I wish Tom Crean the best...I hope he wins like hell for y'all...

but my gut tells me he will never, ever succeed at IU...

Hanner has been considerably better than Goodluck this year, especially lately.

goodluck has been coming along pretty well for a freshman big having 6 or more blocks in 5 games this season and having another one today against Kansas. I like hanners growth but GO would have been a great pickup, backup to Hanner so Holt could play the 4

Typically, when "good luck" is said they way you did, it is more akin to "yeah. Whatever", than it is "good luck"

 

I'm old school too. Possibly from the same time period as you. I took the Bob Knight coaching class. I went to BK's birthday roast. I attended BK's address to the students at the auditorium.

 

Not many teams play that way anymore. Not saying I like it, I'm just wondering who the legitimate go to guy is, if Crean's chance is up.
