If 20-11 has us ranked 26th in the nation, putting us in the dance, then yes, I'd be ecstatic.

After last year 20-11 sounds great.I feel the Big will be down some and 5th should be obtainable and 3rd not totally impossible.

Feeling a bit like a Pumper this morning after watching the scrimmage Sat evening! :yahoo:

I think 10th is total BS.

Finally---a prediction that is closer to reality. I think we do even better record wise--- but 5th in the Big10 and top 26 in the country is more like it!

Love the strength of our preconference slate!

Not sure where you're getting the strength of our pre conference slate. The top teams we play are above average but the bottom 5 are the worst in the conference by 2 games

20 wins makes us a bubble team which could obviously go either way. Being a bubble team is not what I personally expect out of a veteran, 4/5* team in a down big ten while playing 5 teams ranked 300+. I like that he has us higher than most, but still think it is too low

Did you just call our team a veteran team? We have 0 seniors and 7 newcomers.

Look at our non conference, then look at Purdues. At least we have top teams on our schedule. They look like us last year. They may have higher bottom feeder teams, but they have no big games.

This has been what I have been expecting so if it actually happens I would be pleased but not ecstatic. If we have this kind if year, keep most of our players and add a legitimate big for the 2015 class then I am closing in in ecstatic.

It is all within reach.

I did. Our top 7 players, or what I would think would be our top 7 are pretty experienced players. I look more at experience/minutes etc than year in school. Yogi for example has played more than most seniors in the country

I never said ours was bad but this 5 games against the 300+ teams weigh a lot. I personally like our mix of games in the non conference and I believe that it is perfect for our team. Just saying I wouldn't call it strong by any means in terms of overall RPI.

Still, we have two "experienced" players. Zeisloft and Yogi. Zeisloft is still a first year player in this system.
