Bowhunter Posted October 11, 2014 Posted October 11, 2014 I also think we get OG and Shake stays close to home. Kepner and rebelhoosier848891 2 Quote
rebelhoosier848891 Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 You missed my whole point JuwantGrimesShakes---I wasn't comparing OSU to IU----I was saying with their top classes year after year they underachieve. They may indeed win a lot and go to a lot of sweet 16's but I am arguing with their talent they should do more. UW and UM have done just as well or better lately with a lot less talent than OSU. That's my point----was not trying to start another bash IU thread. Ohreally 1 Quote

MikeRoberts Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 Morgan is more of a PF than a wing.Thanks. Yeah, so I see they are not similar players beyond their size/build, but all 3 (including Troy) are 4's at IU right? Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners rebelhoosier848891 1 Quote

Bowhunter Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 Let's hold off on the crystal ball predictions till Tuesday an hour or two before announcement. He does seem like a nice addition and with him scheduling a Tuesday presser is probably a good sign. rebelhoosier848891 1 Quote
rebelhoosier848891 Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 You're right Bowhunter---but we cannot help ourselves! We get slap-happy, stir-crazy, and otherwise carried away---- waiting on the next piece of good IU Bball news! :banghead: Quote
yogisballin Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 Troy is really a SF wing. OG is more a SF wing as well, I believe Quote
MikeRoberts Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 Troy is really a SF wing.I agree that is his natural position and the one he will play at the next level if he gets there, but at IU based on Crean/team makeup, he plays the 4. That said, are Morgan and OG both fighting for that spot (the 4)? I just don't see OG playing the 3 at IU. To be clear, I agree with you and others on that they have different skill sets but at IU I can't imagine them not being 4s for the most part, watford and Troy being my reason for my statement. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners I see what you're saying. I think he'll be more like Hanner...so a 4/5 as opposed to a 3/4 like Troy and OG. Would be nice if he could put another inch on that 6'8ish frame. Kepner 1 Quote
MikeRoberts Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 I think that they do plan on having OG at the three SF. Don't need PF's we got them. jmo Cool, you might be right, just figured based on Crean's past he would play OG at the 4. Would love to see some size at the 3 so I hope you are right Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners Quote
rebelhoosier848891 Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 OG would be a good sized 3---especially for IU! I also see Juwan more at the 4/5----comments I heard were that he was more of an inside player which sounds great to me! Quote
ccgeneral Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 We got a confirmation and a time now. Eric Bossi @ebosshoops Per Team Thad coach Norton Hurd, 2015 OG Anunoby will announce his pick at 6pm on Tuesday. WayneFleekHoosier, LazOffTheBench, Kepner and 2 others 5 Quote
