Don't get me wrong. ... I want Shake here, but that video wasn't what I thought. He looks like a good get, just not sure why that video makes him a better get than a 5 star premi like was mentioned.

Highlight videos cater to über athletes like Hanner, Donovan Mitchell, Troy Williams etc. Highlight videos are not as impressive for Blackmons, Shake, Kellen Dunham etc.

The reason we are very excited about him is more about his HS and AAU stats and success. Plus he is a winner, quality kid, and smart. Smart players are HIGHLY undervalued.

But I agree that his highlight vids are not super impressive by themselves.

No inside information-----just that Coaches often get a commit's decision in advance---the old silent verbal----and I hope we already have Shake's and the dominoes are starting to fall.  It just seems so quiet on the Shake front that I hope it means we are in great shape!  We shall soon see!

Hmmm.   A new crystal ball pick for SMU today by a Duke insider-----SMU now leads 44 to 33% over IU.

All of the September picks except for one have been for SMU.

 

I am not buying it. 

I predict Shake is IU bound and hope that like with Juwan---the crystal balls will start flipping late to IU.

 

Shake arrives Friday---time to seal the deal!
