In all fairness, if Crean did that he would be blasted.  I think that is what they were discussing beyond what Boeheim said.  People would have rationalized that Boeheim has more right to blast his players than Crean has to blast his.  I don't think Boeheim is wrong, but that is what he was saying.

Yeah, that is the one difference between any other school and IU.  I don't know any school that has split for so long.  We have been since RMK got fired.  At Syracuse, Boeheim can do that.  Here?  Crean would have a very rough reception.  I would agree with you though.
