If you can find it in Mexico, Cucapa Chupacabras Pale Ale is pretty good.  DOA Hop On Or Die by Los Muertas brewing is a big beer, around 7% ABV.  Pretty tasty too!

Dogfish Head is overrated in my opinion. I haven't had a single one of their brews that has impressed me.

Honestly was trying to find Matilda from Goose Island..... but couldn't. Figured I should try something I haven't before

Never had Matilda, hard to find. I actually just picked up some Goose Island IPA; easy to drink and it was on sale. What did you pick up from Dogfish Head?

What did you think of the 60 Minute IPA? Goose Island is alright, lost a lot of followers once it was bought out by Anheuser-Busch.

Loved their Oatmeal Stout and Nut Brown. Unfortunately all I can ever find is Honkers and the 312's.

I liked it. Probably isn't going to be one of the regular ones I seek out. But still I like it

Could be. It hit me like 10%, but somebody told 6%. Excellent stuff.

They actually have three of them. One that's 5.9%, one that's 10%, and one that's 19%!

I'm not a big fan of root beer but still gave it a try just to see what the fuzz was about. I can see why some people love it but I just don't like my beers to be sweet. I'll stick to my bitter IPA's.

Well, that's the thing, don't go in expecting a beer, expect a root beer and that's what you'll get. I agree though, I usually pass on any beer that's fruity or sweet.

For the love of all that's sacred in the world of beer, don't try Hop-A-Peel from Atwater. I went into beer store a little tipsy and bought a 6.  This tastes like someone stored raw fish in it.  Not even high enough alcohol to justify the taste (7.5%).  It's going to be a gin evening from here.....
