Was his list I think. Guess this would favor Kansas. 

Kansas already has a '17 combo guard recruit in Marcus Garrett.  I believe they're in on Colin Sexton, Trevon Duval, and a few other high profile guards.

In that case I don't see how this helps anybody. Maybe the kid just wants to have some fun in the sun for a year.

This is so strange. If I was a conspiracy theorist I would guess it would be to attract UCLA's attention if he thought Wilkes was going there. If not, no idea why the change.

Once you kind of let it go and make peace with it, it becomes quite entertaining.  I wish IU could pick the top instate players every year before casting the rest off out of B1G country.  However, it's not reality and the reality is there are more avenues now to "pay" for a recruit than there was 20 years ago.  I hate to say it but I think it'll continue to get dirtier before it gets cleaned up.  This is another reason why I chuckle when those few say Crean does a terrible job recruiting Indiana.  I'm in no way saying IU is the cleanest program though.

Certainly agree that these basketball factories a/k/a prep schools are destroying high school basketball and the whole experience of being a high school student at a real high school.  The reference to Peterson under NCAA investigation from multiple sources is a pretty bold statement and I certainly hope that Albers' sources are totally reliable and with first hand knowledge.  If not, that's an allegation tantamount to asking someone in a public forum is it true you're no longer in rehab when you know full well there's no truth in the statement.

I would rather land the guys that we've been landing than be *really* competing with UK, Duke, KU, Zona, etc. Give me De'ron Davis and Thomas Bryant and Curtis Jones and OG Anunoby all day, everyday, and 17 times on Sunday if it means it's done the right way.
