Moving quickly it appears. Good for them for the moment. NCAA going to fight them all to take that 5th year. Seems like a crazy hill to die on. Should have announced it in January then none of this is relevant to 2022.

Absolutely. NCAA wanted this chaos though, no other reason for them to wait til June knowing this would happen. Wish they'd just screw off already.

I think because he’s already a plaintiff in the Tenn case, correct? 
 

Anyways, in one of my posts here I wondered why him or Daly/Wyatt didn’t just file in Monroe County. Well it appears the latter did.

Daley and Wyatt’s hearing on a motion for a preliminary injunction has been rescheduled from this Friday to September 14 at 9 a.m. 

The delay keeps their temporary restraining order in effect, and eligible for this weekend’s game against Howard.

Good news for now.  NCAA just won another injunction in Georgia today.  They have not been denied on these appeals yet.

Per Pete Thamel, both Daley and Wyatt will not be dressed and playing this weekend, but their court decision will be issued early next week.
