Peacock will have Paul Burmeister (play-by-play) Phil Simms (analyst), Caroline Pineda (sideline) on the call for Indiana at Iowa. Kick-off at Kinnick Stadium is set for 3:30 p.m. ET.

Glad we drew Caroline as NOTHING is more important, essential or entertaining than the sideline reporter during a game.

How did we survive “back in the day” without a sideline reporter insightfully asking a coach, losing by 35, if his defense needs to play better.

Is there any news/updates in regards to when he will be available?

In his Monday presser, Cig was asked specifically about BB and said he would know more about him later in the day (Monday). Might be all we get until after Iowa.

Unfortunate that our highly rated freshmen on both side of the ball haven't gotten many (any) snaps through 4 games due to injuries.  Just hope we don't have tampering situations going on with Byron & Lebron.  I have no reason to believe that but the thought has entered my mind.

These days I just assume that tampering is happening with all good players.

Iowa fans seem to think their beating Rutgers is more impressive than our boat racing Illinois.  Saw somebody on their social media talking about how they are in prime position to go to the CFP

Well then they should jump of the +3000 odds they have to make it, which is a 3.2% chance.

I think this will be a hard game but they’re not in great shape to make the playoff lol.

It’s going to be tough but it’s really our game to win. If we go and play our game we are winning.

Safe assumption for sure - I guess that I should have been clearer that I hope that tampering efforts are not bearing any fruit.

Iowa doesn't throw it very well, needs to grind out long drives to score, they had 60 fewer yards than Rutgers, allowed 330 passing yards to Rutgers, were only 3/8 on third down, leading receiver had one catch for 42 yards, leading rusher had 68 yards and is out.   Indiana held Illinois to 2 yards net rushing, didn't throw a pass after the middle of the 3rd quarter, and allowed only 1 touchdown on a broken coverage.   Dropped 2 pick-6's and still won 63-10 in a game that could have been 85-3 against a top 10 (allegedly) opponent.  Someone can help me understand how, if both teams play cleanly, Iowa stays within 3 touchdowns of Indiana.

I don’t get it. People keep discounting us because they talk as if Old Dominion isn’t better than all of Power 4 teams.

G_d damn—this is the single best college football analysis broadcast I’ve ever seen. As in, next level-PHD level scheme analysis.

HIGHLY recommend if yall want to truly get into scheme details.

The IU/Iowa analysis begins at about the 32 minute mark.
