Perhaps the Wizard was the Nowakowski 1 yard rushing TD.  Using the tight end as a fullback is not a play I recall seeing throughout the season.

I saw a clip of Mike Katic in the crowd while that play was being run.  He saw the formation and knew the handoff was about to go to Nowakowski.  Must have been a play they ran last season at some point.

I saw something claiming the Mendoza run was a different wrinkle on things they had. So maybe that was it.

1st quarter of Kennesaw State game.  Nowakowski one yard run for touchdown as fullback.

If they ran it that lead draw for Mendoza was my thought as well.

Reportedly they changed the blocking scheme on that play in the week leading up to the game.

Here is Cig's view of the final CFB rankings.  Interesting.  He thoughly pretty highly of ND, Texas and Iowa compared to others.  Not so high on TTU.

He included nine of ten P4 playoff teams (not Oklahoma), and then placed Iowa over Bama (suck it Saban) and ND and Texas over Bama and TTech..

• 32 draftees.
• 12 of 32 from teams that were defeated by the 2025 Indiana Hoosiers.
• 1 Indiana Hoosier (Fernando).

High expectations every year in basketball only to be let down in conference play?

Where do you think we put our championship banner or similar in Memorial?  Maybe above the SEZ Jumbotron?  On the outside of the SEZ so everyone driving by sees it?  I have no idea…
