With Dusty May signing an extension with UM and the completion of the IU coaching Sweet 16 tournament, our list is complete. How far down the list do you think IU goes?

I’m good with anyone 1-10 and I like the order too for the most part. I’d probably switch 8 & 10 though but that’s just me. Gets past 10, I’ll be very unhappy except for Collins. I wouldn’t be overly joyed with him but wouldn’t hate it either.

If we can get someone from 2-7 I'd be thrilled.

Striking May, other guys then who should be off:

BS - one day, somehow, it will be accepted

Few - Never had any interest

Pearl and Beard - Nope

That leaves 13, and I'd add #14 - Other. Still won't be surprised if it's someone no one is talking about.

Of the listed, guys I think (jmo) are highly unlikely,

- Otz (so so want to be wrong, my #1)

- Drew and Golden, solid but see no interest

- Shaka would be a bad hire, and haven't seen any actual interest

- Collins, happy at NW and kids in school

- Turgeon, don't see it and would be a terrible hire

So (again jmo) I see the remaining list, and really can't put it in order:

McDermott

McCasland

McCollum (hmm 3 Mc's in a row...)

Williams

Cronin

Pitino (please no)

Brownell (ugh)

Other

Would be happy with McDermott, McCasland, Cronin, Buzz, not really sold on McCollum with pace of play. Cronin and Buzz seem most likely to me, with Other ....
