Based on the Illinois post-game, there will be changes in the starting lineup.

I'm gonna say we go with:

  • Leal
  • Galloway
  • Tucker
  • Goode
  • Ballo

As of Wednesday morning, Mike Woodson will be the Hoosiers coach for this game.

Why that lineup?  Is Rice hurt or in the dog house?  Was Rice suspended for the push?  Where is Mgbako?  Is Reneau ever going to play again this season?  Is it his leg?  Are there other issues...well I know there are...I mean his health?  Is Ballo suspended for half of the game against OSU?  Man, I feel that I missed a bunch of announcements.  Bizzaro world?  Is SSAH still our home court?  Tell me that you were kidding or just reacting to Woody's comments post-game.

I dunno ... blind guessing by me? And Woody said in his post-game presser that lineup changes were coming.

Career game for Bruce Thorton incoming. He'll abuse IU's guards.

Devin Royal is a young beast. He's gonna do damage too. Finally, Aaron Bradshaw is an underperforming former 5 star seven-footer who likes to shoot deep jumpers. He's a real candidate to hit a few threes against us.

We don’t need changes to who is on the court.  We need changes to who is on the bench.

I don't really care to see Galloway on the court. He's lazy, not focused, and hasn't progressed a lick.

I really thought he would be the guy to take on the leadership mantle this year. But in that regard, I think he's more Will Sheehey and less Miller Kopp.

Naw, his gig is calling out the non-true fans and cashing checks... Hard pass.

In the post game presser, Woodson talked about not knowing how much longer Malik would be out...

OSU is an interesting team; their record is 10-7, 2-4 in conference, but they are nevertheless still at #31 in Kenpom. What a schedule they've played:

  • Every one of their seven losses have been to top 36 teams in KenPom
  • Two wins against top 40 KenPom teams
  • Smashed every cupcake except for a gifted one point win over Minny

OSU's schedule is getting relatively easier- will be interesting to see how they respond.

Some would say the easiest game they have coming up is this Friday…
