What an absolute dogs**t charge call that was, and they reviewed it for some reason and still missed it by a mile

So they call charging on IU, overturn it and call a blocking foul instead, then after UNC's coach has a hissy fit, they switch it back to charging?

I detest the restricted arc. 

Yes, the UNC gal was outside it, but she wasn't even close to being set when Scalia made contact.

BAD charge call.  Called a block because as they said she was out of the restricted zone, reviewed and changed.....problem was the UNC player was out of the restricted zone but replay can show how clearly she wasn't anywhere near set prior to the offensive player leaving the floor.
