I'm honestly curious what these coaches do in practice. Can't remember the last time I saw a team offsides on a kickoff.

Don't understand.....if the face mask if enforced and THEN there is a dead ball foul, seems like you move it up fifteen yards (first down, then back fifteen and it should be first and 25.
