I think it is. It gave me a bad flashback to a game at Purdue many years ago, where they scored on a shot after the buzzer, but it counted because there was a foul. But I don't see where the foul occurred on this play.

I guess clock stops when foul occurs so bucket would count. I didn't know a foul was called however
