You'd think that getting off 22 total shots would net more than 2 goals.  9 of the 22 were on goal and we had 9 corners.  Green Bay 6-3-5.

Pleased enough with this start. Talent is there this year without question. Gotta get some things figured out.

 

I’m reeling a bit where my son lost their first game of the season last night 0-1 after outplaying the #1 team all game. Bit bummed.

 

 

PS- our team is 3-1-1 now and hopefully get a rematch in sectionals or regionals for the revenge game.

Felt good about this team and talent, and so far it’s panning out.

Looked like a serious championship contender for the first time tonight, which was good to see. Hopefully, it continues, and the team can play well all year in what is shaping up to be an extremely weak Big Ten.

Yep hopefully the team follows the same trajectory and they just keep getting better

Interesting contrast in first half vs. 2nd half stats as we managed just 3 additional shots, all on goal and no additional corners.  OSU on the other hand launched 16 shots, 4 on goal and 5 corners.
