Halftime with a 4-1 lead.    Live Stats link decided to quit about midway through the first half.

Live stats now working.  In the first half, we had 15 total shots; 8 on goal.    Trine 3 and 1.   2 apiece on corners.

And live stats has again become dead stats.    4-1 Hoosier lead with 25 min. left when it died.

4-1 final.  Second half was pretty anticlimactic as all the scoring was in the first half.   We finished with 23 total shots; 11 on goal and 9 corners.  Trine finished with 3-1-2.

B1G tournament starts Thursday, Nov. 7.

Ohio State leads Maryland 1-0.  Currently we would share the title.  Need Maryland to win or tie to win it outright

Why? You get the highest RPI teams possible each round. You win the Big Ten Tournament and its quite possible you are looking at a top-four seed and home field all the way until College Cup.

You play anyone else and at best you get into top-8 and still have to travel for Elite 8 possibly. 

Yes the path to winning conference tourney could be harder but if you want the best path to College Cup and better NCAA seed which is the goal its best draw possible.

Wish we could have won the B1G and got a really high seed but considering where this season started I’m very happy with this draw.
