I'm in full agreement, and he's the farthest thing from unlikable. His demeanor on the court has been the same at every level; high school, AAU and college. He just plays hard, keeps his emotions in check, and he's just as interested in assists/rebounds as he is scoring. Whoever is suggesting he doesn't get along with his teammates needs to find something better to do...shameful. Because a kid is not covered in tattoos, doesn't run his mouth and doesn't flex in the face of another player after a bucket, he's not well received by his teammates. Whoever is starting these rumors is drinking dumpster kool-aid. Romeo's is too nice; he scores too much;...I don't like him. Unbelievable.

I don't see what tattoos have to do with anything?

It was a generalization. Try not to be offended.

We're in a thread that is  about IUBB vs. UT Arlington.

No big problem, but let's agree to generally stay on topic (with the usual minor detours).

Thanks

Every team has a WTF game...and we just had ours...and WON by 14!
Villanova lost to Furman at home, TCU lost to Lipscomb at home all this week...could be worse. We did this while being VERY short handed with limited rest between games. Get through the game on Friday and I'm hopeful we'll have more healthy bodies in time for Duke. No need to panic at this point AT ALL. Trust in Archie.

Wasn’t two days though probably close to 36 hours from touchdown to tip off. Playing against other 21 year olds.

Subday 5 pm to tuesday 7 pm is 50 hrs

Recovery doesn’t start as soon as game is over.

When did the teams plane touchdown and when did they get back to Bloomington.

They had more time this wesk than in any tournament setting.

Ok. Usually you don’t have to travel between games in a tourney. Not to mention most people wouldn’t expect to win a tourney with 7 guys because of exhaustion issues.

Wanna move them goal posts some more or maybe just open your eyes and admit the guys had reason to be tired

No way were they wore out. They played uninspired. Thet were not mentally ready.

Obviously not too familiar with athletic activities.

Or you may be onto something and every single basketball coach that gives his players breathers periodically throughout the game is wrong.

Its no coincidence we dominated them the first half and then their fresher legs paid off
