Worthless penalty. We all know what happened on the court. Taking the banner down doesn’t change history.
UL should be happy really. A far greater penalty would be a loss of scholarships and a postseason ban

Vacating wins seems like a silly punishment to me. The games already happened. We can't go back and replay those seasons. It's just not much of a "punishment", imo.

No problem man. Don’t know how many scholarships so it could still mean nothing. But I had just read that before I came on the board. Hopefully we get better numbers and how many per year.

I would hope it’s 2-3 schollies lost and 3 years of no postseason. Seems like that would be sufficient to me, but we’ll see what happens.

Right! Knowing how things work it will be like 6 years of scholarships in how they choose to use them. So if they can’t recruit anyone for this coming season they would get to use 4 seasons this next year. I don’t know what it is, but nothing the NCAA can do will hurt them short of the death penalty. The banner is in the record books. More of an annoyance.
