Hopefully it’s IU. I really think he’s down to us and UM. From what i’ve read, UM has the slight advantage. I’d love to be wrong though!

Every year his parents are gonna get two games each at NW, Illinois, Iowa, and Minny. Add a weekend or two at DJ’s home gym and they are near their son anywhere in B1G country.

If distance to home is a concern, I am sure we could schedule an extra road trip to Western Illinois (1 hr 29 min for the family).

Surely it will be much further along by this time next year.   Also, who wants to have to make regular drives in January/February around Chicago and northwestern Indiana for the lake effect snow storms not to mention having to drive across Michigan in the dead of winter.

This would be a great addition. Seems like he’s possibly/arguably the second best point guard in the class after Cole Anthony.

And if TJD likes him it’s all the better.

And that he is likely a 2-3 year guy doesn’t hurt although I’ve seen twitter talk of him playing himself into 1 and done potential but I don’t see that just yet at his size.
