Over analysis would be comparing how many top (rpi, Ken Pom) 50, 100, 150 wins each of them had in those first 6 years. Rich Bell Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 Before Indiana University fired Tom Crean, I had recommended two coaches to Fred Glass; Greg Marshall and Archie Miller. Having watched many games of both Dayton and Wichita State I was impressed with both coaches. Both are good recruiters and good game coaches. It is hard for me to decide which was a better fit for Indiana. The decision who to hire was Fred Glass and I trust his judgment. The state of Indiana has several excellent high school basketball players, so we will find out how well he can recruit. I was pleased he did not loss the 2017 recruits. I wish Archie success.
