Why is it that people think the only guys that are an improvement have the last names Stevens, Donovan, Miller, Bennett, or Marshall. Come on people I'd be happy with anyone as long as they can play defense and not run the weave and heave. It would also be nice if they didn't talk about deflections all the time as well ;)

I think Mike White is clearly a better coach too. My realistic order is Bennett, Archie, White and Holtmann or Collins. BD and Sean are outside chances but chances so anything could happen. Alford is Crean 2.0 please no on him.

I would really advise people temper their expectations.  Even if a meeting is supposed to occur with his agent today, which would have to be a good sign, he could still say no.

I'll believe Crean is gone when it's announced, I'll believe Donovan is hired when it's announced.  I do not trust Glass.

Haha I wish this was the case, but we can't listen to all the insider advice of a guy who has been right so much in the past.  Then as soon as he says something we don't like, start making up reasons why all of a sudden he is wrong.  I don't think there was a double cross or fake info bread crumb trail sent out.

Not saying that he is wrong by any means, just stating that it would be nice to find out that mis-info was given on purpose.

OSU dominates IU for the next 15-25 years.

OSU announced Matta was back next year. He was only ever leaving if he retired due to back injuries.

NC State has zoned in on Chris Holtmann and Will Wade as their next coach. We could lose an option soon. It could continue to happen if we wait for Crean to take his sweet time to leave. Glass needs to tell him to figure it out by the end of the week.

My gut feeling is he is actually a top option for us. I wouldn't mind if he was 5th or lower. I just want an announcement so more rumors start leaking. Mizzou and NC State fans are having all the fun right now.
