Very glad the mama elephant that was pissed at us and ten feet from our open air Range Rover decided to turn back. Leopard had an impala up in a tree having a violent lunch 25 feet from us. There's some nice foliage if you're willing to go the first couple weeks of October. Lake Placid is in the middle of the Adirondacks, its a 4 hour drive or so away from the Finger Lakes. mamasa 1 Quote
