If we take Durham, Smith, and Clifton. That leaves 2 spots AT MOST. Maybe 1. Not going to be Waters, Wilkes, and a big.

Let's get Smith if we can. He's a big time player that is likely to stay at least three years, an A+ character kid, academics, family, athletic upside. He IS the proverbial bird in the hand. Moore still has three or four OVs scheduled. Wilkes is reasonably likely to finish his OV process and commit first, especially if he wants IU.

Moore still has three or four OVs scheduled. Wilkes is reasonably likely to finish his OV process and commit first, especially if he wants IU.

 

Worth the thought. I don't mind Smith at all. There are a bunch of wings that had better summers but he is a good potential addition for the reasons u mentioned.

Already have Durham. Smith being CB by Bozich says a lot to me. Clifton seems like a likely add unless we back off. That's 3. 5 seems like a stretch for this class but likely what we end up with. Hope we get the best 5 we can get.

Imo, Durham has always been the question mark just based on current roster composition

Yep as my "what if" shows , that projected class is missing a BIG and enough talent to keep us at the top. All we can hope, if that is our class, is that OG stays.

Plenty of time left, but of our remaining options, its getting interesting.

Wilkes still biggest piece.

Waters would be a tremendous addition but not really a high need position with Rojo, Newkirk, and Green.
