Sweet 16 should not be an accomplishment anymore... This is IU we're talking about. We sound like a midmajor's fan base whose goal it is to make sweet 16 every other year. Elite 8 or final 4 should be goal. Whatever coach brings us back to that mindset is the right one, whether it's crean or not.

Top 15 makes sense with a full returning cast and Bryant. I just hope expectation are kept in check and this team plays like it has to prove itself.

It's great to see IU predicted to be in the upper tier of the rankings again.  If we are at the top of the conference then we will be at the top in the nation.  As this year showed, the Big Ten is one tough conference.  If everyone returns, the addition of Bryant could/should mean we will be a top 10 team all year long. I just pray we work on defense, defense, and more defense!

Once the team is done working in defense they should work on defense. There are so many long, athletic team and there are no excuses to be so poor on defense.

I think he was being sarcastic about being so excited for the sweet 16. Honestly, I just want to see some defense. If they can start to defend the basket, elite 8's or final 4's will happen on their own.
