No transfer ever really surprises me with this program and the way it's run, but why would he go somewhere else to learn a new system for one year when he's going to be moving on the following year anyway?

It's a made up story. That's why it makes no sense.

He's either going to the NBA, or coming back to IU. Why would he go to Louisville or UCLA? There's no basis for it. It would only hurt his NBA prospects.

I actually don't. We really have had only one notable transfer in his time at IU. If you guys are still hanging onto a time where kids wait their turn, get with the program. I wish it were different too. But roster turnover happens at every school. IU doesn't have some insane transfer rate.
