JSHoosier Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 Nice move by Tyra, up to 41. ccgeneral 1 Quote
JSHoosier Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 Guerin's best strategy would be to foul her before she shoots, but she's making her free throws too. They should do what I'm doing, just sit back and enjoy the show. Quote
Dalton26 Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 This has been a good week for IU basketball recruits ccgeneral 1 Quote
JSHoosier Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 Nearly a diving steal, then she gets a wide open layup on a play where she was trying to play keep away. Now she's going to the line for a chance to break 50. ccgeneral 1 Quote
HoosierReb01 Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 Game over. Mt. Carmel wins, Tyra with 50. ccgeneral 1 Quote

JSHoosier Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 I think the lady Hoosiers just might have a representative in this year McD's AA game. That girl can play, Miller landed a good one with her. Quote
LockdownD Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 Hoosier Hysteria's 3 point contest could be really interesting next year. Would love to see JBjr in a 3 point shootout against TBuss. ccgeneral and Napleshoosier 2 Quote
EvilleAngler Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 guess I'm the only one who's mind went straight to the gutter after reading this thread's title.... Sounds like she's got serious game! Quote
JSHoosier Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 guess I'm the only one who's mind went straight to the gutter after reading this thread's title.... Sounds like she's got serious game! She does. She made some real nice moves tonight. A step back 3 with a hand in her face, a good pass ahead on the break for an assist, a good off ball cut that led to a layup, split a double team trying to play keep away. She seemed to have a pretty good handle, and we all know she can shoot the lights out. 33 is a career game for most players (screw you, Rob Wilson you friggin' scrub), and she had that in one half tonight. I encourage everybody to come watch them. Problem is a lot of people don't want to watch women's basketball, it tends to be slower and more fundamental. They'd rather watch the BS the NBA puts on display. Truth be told, I'd watch women play before I would the NBA because slower, more fundamental games don't bother me. I'm not the casual fan though, and the casual fans that just want to see scoring, scoring and more scoring are the ones they have to win over. Naturalhoosier, mamasa and IU Hoosier41 3 Quote
