He doesn’t say directly but I think he’s talking about adding a few weeks to the season. He references when he was a rookie in the NBA how he couldn’t believe how long the season still was at the All Star break so expanding the season would help their adjustment to the next level. And that the current seasons go by really quickly. I like the idea for obvious reasons lol. With the mega conferences could make sense. Add another week of conference games and another week or two of non conference maybe. Not sure how it would work with academic calendars and extra expenses etc Quote

Stuhoo Posted March 1, 2025 Posted March 1, 2025 Feels like EVERYTHING has gone wrong for UCLA so far. and they’re down only three at Muckey. Optimistic Quote
Stuhoo Posted March 1, 2025 Posted March 1, 2025 Purdue can’t miss but they are getting absolutely destroyed on the boards. Again. Halftime? Purdue shooting lights out. Rebounding: 20-7 UCLA. Uspshoosier 1 Quote
Stuhoo Posted March 1, 2025 Posted March 1, 2025 Purdoo actually played some zone that half. If your biggest problem is rebounding? You generally don’t want to go to zone. On the other hand, if your biggest problem is finding someone that Flopper Loyer can guard? Zone may be a good option. Quote
RaceToTheTop Posted March 1, 2025 Posted March 1, 2025 The game just has a feel that UCLA is going to win it. Sorry if I jinx it. Quote
Demo Posted March 1, 2025 Posted March 1, 2025 Kaufman-Renn has become physical to the point of cheap. But to his credit he’s fully embraced the idea that if he simply bangs around his covers and never stops initiating contact on both ends all game every game the officials will just bake it into how he’s called. Actually think he’s worse than Edey because so much of the Edey stuff was him being basically impossible to referee fairly while TKR just dares refs to call him. Stuhoo Posted March 1, 2025 Posted March 1, 2025 Current UCLA offense: 1) Whoever is being guarded by Loyer screens the ball. 2) Ballhandler gets switch and is now guarded by Loyer. 3) Go. To. Work. JF87, Demo and Home Jersey 3 Quote

He will foul out of their second ncaa tourney game this year. B1G refs let it go however the others will not. go iu bb, Stuhoo, cybergates and 4 others 6 1 Quote

Unless they are a 5/6 seed and play a solid team right away. Then he will foul out in their first game. It’s kind of shocking how far Puredoo drops off after their top two players. I’m truly not sure how Caleb First is better than Langdon Hatton, and Furst is their starting center. Uspshoosier and LIHoosier 2 Quote
