As anticipated.

Overhead view shows he positions to 2 hand push the fan in front of him. As leg is extended the same fan being pushed clips his knee/ankle. This is almost exactly the Caitlin Clark scenario. Flip definitely had his leg hit though, BUT he was taking an aggressive action.

That's what I saw too. He definitely looked like he was about to shove the fan and then you see him roll his ankle after the fan runs in to his knee.

Oh, he shoved him. He missed perfect contact but he got him enough. Leg extended during pushing motion.

Now, I still think they need to regulate the court storm better.

But it’s the pissed off athlete that’s initiated the contacted in both bigger circumstances now.

Oklahoma beats Oklahoma St at the buzzer.   Last regular season meeting for this rivalry.   Oklahoma moves to the SEC next year

Announcers love to call random shots a “dagger”. The McCollum shot to end that one was a freaking dagger,

Gonna disagree doc.
From the time the buzzer went off, Filipowski took 3 steps towards the sideline. At that point his path was about to be intercepted by a drunked up college kid in full sprint. He braced for contact, just like any normal person would.

Clark’s incident I agree. She ran toward that collision and played the victim.

Not the way I see it, but that’s fair.

Either way, it’s not a great situation. I’m certain it’ll be a topic of the off-season and some changes will be made. I kinda hate that but it seems to have happened more frequently, lately.
