I didn’t say you’re not an IU fan. Just that you’re not a fan of the Hoosiers this year. As in, nearly everyone not associated with the program has a much higher opinion of them than you.

He's obviously welcome to post any poll he wants regardless of where he ranks teams.  But his version of discussion is to act like he is getting attacked when people question those rankings.

And that would make sense to me when it comes to seeding. I remember in 2014, SMU was like 22nd or something and I kept telling people they weren't making the tourney. Told the AAC teams were going to be about 2-3 seed lines less than they believed. I ended up right and SMU, even though they were ranked in the AP, got left out of the NCAA tourney. Some were mad but their resume didn't show a tourney team by any means.

I've never said I was attacked. But I've given my reasons why IU dropped out. If you disagree, then you disagree.

and yet you 'never said you were attacked'.

We are freaking talking about resumes.  Saying 'you aren't a fan of Indiana this season' is obviously in reference to Indiana's body of work.  The fact that anyone has to explain this shows how much of a self martyr you are.

Truth is I'm not upset in the slightest and I'm not sure why anyone cares about back and forth on a message board....sure beats dead space.  My initial post was a simple statement about not seeing how Penn State could be ranked and Indiana not.  Pretty basic statement.  I certainly haven't seen anything out of line posted (I guess I did use the word 'freaking', hope that didn't offend anyone).

Do I think you are biased against IU?  Yes.  That's my personal take and it doesn't come from just the top 25 poll you posted.  It comes from years of posts you've made.  But in all honesty, I just find Penn State being in your top 25 more egregious than IU not being in it.

No we are talking about the Top 25. Where a teams full resume isn't a big factor. If you want to talk about tourney seeding, we can talk about resumes. Indiana's win over Xavier has nothing to do with them moving down, their losses made them move down.

I showed my considerations for this week. I put Indiana in my considerations just because I felt like it. Obviously they didn't play this past week so there wasn't anything to judge them on to shove them back in and ask the teams behind them didn't lose. I felt like throwing Penn State a bone and PSU could very well be a Top 35 team. Or they couldn't be. And another point for the Xavier game, as of right now, we aren't the same team. We aren't putting that team out on the court anymore. Come tourney time, that win could be huge. As for my Top 25, gotta win on Thursday and Sunday and they'll be right back into consideration. I think that's fair.
