They’re so worried about players getting injured with the hook and hold they need to fix the block/charge call. The refs more than made up for it with that terrible foul call on the three. It works when the outcome is pretty much determined. For situations like the Wat Shot, that is where it can get hairy. Quote

If what Caroline/staff was saying last night is true, you have a case of “hometown cops” though, which is insanely messed up.
