Zeebruh Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Belmont bid steel... Bubble shrinking for IUno it shouldn't hurt us as only one team from the OVC will most likely get a bid. Belmont will get it and Murray State most likely will not. Quote

HoosierAloha Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Lunardi has IU as literally the last team in. Really think we need to win two in the BTT. Minnesota/NW and Maryland to have a chance at the dance. Although I think we can win those two I don't see it happening. IUsafety and WayneFleekHoosier 2 Quote

Per Lunardi you are correct. Just don't see how a team goes from ranked to out of the field with 1 loss and multiple wins during the week Quote

They lost to Houston, Portland , Xavier by over 20 and Valpo by over 30. When they played anybody half way good they got destroyed. 0-1 against top 50 1-1 against top 100. Sos over 250 All this results in not making the field when u don't win your conference tournament Napleshoosier 1 Quote

HoosierHoops1 Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 I just want to see them play some actual competition. They've had one of the easiest schedules so far. Exactly, it might be a little easier to get up for big competition when there are 2 or 3 easy games in between. They've had some scares against sub par competition. They likely can't play that way once in the tournament. Quote
HoosierAloha Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 well that makes sense... I didn't look at their resume... Why in the heck would they have been ranked in the first place They were on a 25ish game win streak before they lost yesterday. I'm not sure if that is worthy of a ranking when you're beating LSOP type teams. Northern Iowa is playing turrrble. Quote

Hovadipo Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Just imagine if they still had the #1 rated offensive player in the country (NZ) I didn't know he jumped to #1, but yeah I told my friend that yesterday during our game then while watching ISU WSU. But would he still be buried on the bench for them? Quote
