It took him 4 years to get it rolling at Nebraska. Win totals his first 4 years at Nebraska were 7, 7, 10, and 16. Many of the people on this board would have run him off. Good point....but how do you know when to give the coach 5+ years to build a program or when to cut him loose because he is never going to be successful?
