I was at the Pacers game last night and that 4th quarter was so refreshing.

Side note:  I really miss O.G.  That dude has a sneaky way of being at the right spot, always in control, and burns you for about 20 points.

Is this legit or did I fall for one?

Probably because Adam Silver and the rest running the NBA are basically brain dead. It's simple, want an entertaining All-Star game? MONEY. Offer massive money for the winner and the winner only. NBA makes how much a year? Well they made over 11 billion in revenue. Offer every player on the winning team 5 million a piece of their team wins. You'll see a game better than the NBA Finals. It'll be the biggest sports entertainment event of the year. Right now I think players on the winning team get $100,000 and losers get $25,000. $5,000,000 for the winner $0 for the loser. You'll see a fight like no other.

Tyrese did the 30pts 15ast 0 turnovers thing again. Only guy with more than one.

He took something like 9 shots in the 1st quarter. If the guy would just stay aggressive he'd see it's much easier to play the game he's capable of playing. Next game he might take 6 shots for the whole game.

He’s been frustrating this year. Hoping he’s just kind of load managing through his play style and will turn it on after ASW. Might be wishful thinking, but I’m not sure the last time he was truly healthy either.

First Pacers game I can remember that I’ve turned on and not heard the warm voice of Chris Denari. That was genuinely a shock to the system. Looks like Chris lost his mom recently.

Unfortunately we still have to listen to Buckner

Maybe the funniest thing in sports right now is watching self-styled NBA tough guys getting out of Dodge when James Johnson rolls up. That Portis thing from last year was a classic. Don’t know what the Pacers pay that guy, but it’s not enough. The Fever need to find one for Clark.

Kel’el Ware with another strong game today with 25 and 8 with a couple of blocks in a win over Wemby and the Spurs. In his last 10 games he’s averaging 19 mins and getting them 11 and 7. So happy for that kid finding his niche. Was not a fan of bringing him here and he showed up and went to work and accepted coaching and just played. No BS. Proud of him.

Sude note: seem to recall reading in 1 of the threads someone suggesting that the staff deserves no credit for Ware’s improvement. They apparently think the kid just flipped a switch. That that’s how that works. Not gonna waste time rebutting that because it’s stupid on its face. That kid could’ve easily been a career tease and they did a great job with him on multiple levels. Good for them.

Ware was Xavier Booker at Oregon, and now he may end up like Wemby-lite at age 20.

Major props to him, and for sure some credit deserved to the IU staff.
