Vic has officially been recognized as a 'star' by the officials.  Played 37 minutes and didn't get called for a single foul and in the process had a 31 point game.  Gordon also continuing to play extremely well.

First night of the G-League season will be one JBJ won't want to recall with much fondness going 2-11 from the field.

Paul George was great at a lot of basketball things when he played for the Indiana Pacers. He was, though, unquestionably bad in the clutch.

In the last 24 seconds of the fourth quarter and overtime on shots to take the lead, Paul George was 1-of-16 with the Pacers. He built a reputation of being not clutch. 

So Friday night, as the Oklahoma City Thunder tried to cut a late lead held by the Boston Celtics, Brian Scalbrine was ready to use that reputation to destroy Paul George live on the air.

First, George came off a Steve Adams screen. Then he jacked a 3-pointer. It wasn't close. Scalabrine jumped.

Brian Scalabrine: "Paul George only makes those in the Gatorade commercials."

If anybody ever read the Jordan rules (which was a great book) it would always talk about how Jordan would come in and demand trades and they would hardly listen to him. It's probably a good idea in this case too

Oladipo taking dumb shot after dumb shot tonight. You’re better then that victor! Pacers can look real good but they can also look like one of the worse teams in the league at times. McMillan hasn’t been making very good adjustments during games.
