Naturalhoosier Posted May 25, 2015 Author Posted May 25, 2015 Bit of a sparse crowd, but Camden looks purty, Natty. Prob a lot of beach goers this weekend. I'd say it is only 50-60% capacity right now in B1 Hovadipo 1 Quote
johnsoniu Posted May 25, 2015 Posted May 25, 2015 Heard that this weekend. I loved that guy. Especially when he jacked Pierzinsky (sp?) in a Cubs/Sox brawl. Farnsworth wasn't with the Cubs when AJ was with the Sox. Michael Barrett is the Cub that sucker punched Pierzynski. Farnsworth did have a nasty body spear move I remember him using on Jeremy Affeldt and another dude that played on the Reds. mdn82 1 Quote

Naturalhoosier Posted June 6, 2015 Author Posted June 6, 2015 Anybody else follow Pat Venditte? I'm not a pitcher, never have been, but I'm ambidextrous and carry both a left and right hand glove in my bag (I have tennis elbow so depending on my elbow I switch mid-game). http://espn.go.com/video/clip?id=espn:12864825 Quote

Naturalhoosier Posted June 8, 2015 Author Posted June 8, 2015 Astros call up top prospect Carlos Correa. He'll be joining the team tomorrow. Look for him to make an instant splash for the Astros. Quote

Going up Monday and Tuesday to see his first 2 MLB games. Can't wait although Sale and Rodon should take care of him Naturalhoosier 1 Quote
LIHoosier Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 Giants/Mets is getting interesting. Edit: No hitter by Chris Heston, he had 3 HBP's. Quote
Naturalhoosier Posted July 13, 2015 Author Posted July 13, 2015 Astros had their best 1st half of baseball in a decade. After George Springer landed on the DL, they finished it out the half winning only 2 of 10 in a downward spiral. Hopefully they rest up and come out swinging after the break. Quote
Dalton26 Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 Hamels with the no hitter against the Cubbies. That should help his trade value. Quote
Hovadipo Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 Yeah that killed the Cubs in 2 ways... 1) We got friggin no-hit. K. 2) Hamels just became a lot more expensive. To the Cubs. K. (I can't quote on PC. K.) Bobman1, Dalton26 and WayneFleekHoosier 3 Quote

Naturalhoosier Posted July 26, 2015 Author Posted July 26, 2015 If my Astros don't win it this year, I'm rooting for the Royals. Quote
