Haha yeah I was only kind of kidding. If we could get him and get 30 mpg that would be great. Give Hanner the other 10 and even let them play together a little bit (Crean won't do that).

Kale Abrahamson is transferring from Northwestern.

 

He's literally their only shooter.

Hey, Hanner should good for 10 some games.  He might get 2 minutes combined in the next 3 games but that's beside the point.

If we went to 5 overtimes every game, the substitutions would literally make some fans' heads explode. I can see it now:

Getting this kid would make me (and most of us, presumably) feel pretty darn good about next year (assuming we keep Yogi, Devin, Stan, Troy and Hanner to pair with JBJ and RJ).

Well, this is encouraging. I said quite a while back that looking at a juco or 5 th year guy would be a better situation. Balance the class, won't tie up a scholarship for 3 or 4 years (get ready for Swanigan), and have an experienced big in the paint.

According to another site, he said that Midwest schools are a plus for family reasons in an interview with Temple's student radio station. The only school mentioned was Iowa where he apparently has some connections.

 

Bad news: His family is in Iowa and he wants to be close to them.

 

Good news: His family is in the Quad Cities...looked it up; 135  (edit: 335 miles) from Bloomington!!
