IU for Christmas

Two hoodies a hat and a calendar, which, strangely enough only features one player... Jeremiah Rivers?!?!

I almost forgot. I got the book "100 things Hoosiers fans should know and do before they die" and the movie "the history of IU basketball."

I bought the calendar this weekend and was disappointed with it and why Jeremiah Rivers if you want it to sell you put a player who will sell the calendar and someone who deserves to be gracing the cover.

Link to the calendar?  I usually get a wall Calendar when they are half off in mid-late January.  If it's the one I usually get, then I'll have to search for something else.

Could be worse.  I remember the one I had a few years back had a few months worth of Sean Kline.  Seriously!?  Sean Kline!?  The cover doesn't bug me.  I'm always on the month, not the cover.   I'm just not sure if 15%+ of my year needs to be looking at Rivers.  lol   Thanks for the link!

I agree I don't need to see that if anything a player should be in the calendar for actually doing something for the program.

So far---I have received new IU t shirts---sweatshirt----cap----pj pants---and a yard flag.

 

My son so far has received a large wall print of a packed Assembly Hall and an IU blanket to go in his room that is decorated in all things IU.

 

The absolute best thing about unwrapping these IU goodies is that it occurred after we traveled from Southern Indiana to a family gathering in Kentucky and with each gift we opened my son and I had the opportunity to raz the UK fans in the house.

 

Of course---they are talking about an unbeaten season-----but we learned two phrases they can't stand that are like Kryptonite to them: "Wat--Shot"  and "NCAA Investigation"! :biggrin:
