They're ok. Nothing too special but they'll do in a pinch.

OVERRATED!! No they're good but I didn't think they were as exceptional as people made them out to be. Maybe I had my expectations way too high. But I'll take a Zombie dust or a Gumbballhead over those any day.

I agree, though I'd take Zombie or Gumball over pretty much anything.

I've become a big fan of Lagunitas. They have solid brews (IPA, Little Sumtin, New Dogtown pale ale) that are usually cheaper than most other craft beers. Since they opened a new facility in Chicago, you can get most of their 6-packs in Indiana for $9-10.

Cool Lagunitas story- friend's son was shopping himself after graduating from college. Went to California to pursue The Dream. Interviewed with this little brewery that seemed to fit his style. The owner of Lagunitas liked Barry (friend's son), hired him. Barry was concerned about finding an apartment so the owner let Barry live in apartment in his house. Now,Lagunitas is expanding very quickly :)

Yea man they are good beers. Nothing to crave, but a decent drink. Have you tried it yet?

Not yet. In between watching the Cubs at work and the DOH doing their inspection I have been not in the mood so much... This weekend though.

Don't know if it was kegging, production, transport, storage or line maintenance but recently had Gumball from 2 separate kegs in 2 separate bars- tasted funky (diacetyl ) but luckily the one I had last night was perfect! Today's selections will include Fat Head and Green Flash (along with some awesome Bourbon from Bear Wallow- convenient distillery on my way to Bloomington)
