I got tickets for the Empire Classic in NYC a couple years ago through IU. And had the same frustrations you guys are having. Took months for them to tell me whether or not my request would even be filled. (While the available stock on Ticketmaster gradually dwindled down during that time)

IU ticket office needs to do better.

Any thoughts as to the reasoning behind the delay? Are they trying to prevent fans from flipping the tickets on the secondary market? Is the venue slow rolling the distribution of tickets so it can sell the rest if its inventory first?

Whatever the reasoning, I guess I can expect to hear about my Louisvillle tickets sometime after Thanksgiving...

My Marquette tickets now show as printed, with Ticketmaster as the method of delivery, and still no seat assignment.

Same here. Interesting to see a printed date of 10/28 when all tickets are digital for this game. Not sure what the date means, if anything.

My Marquette tix still say the same "One or more tickets isn't avalable online". I think some noted this but I was able to call the ticket office and find out what Sect/Row I'm in. Just in case anyone is interested

This is what I have for the Louisville game. I assume you had received an email around end of Aug like others here saying your order was filled?

Yes sir. Mine says the same for the Louisville game too. Although I'm not sure my card was charged

UPDATE: Marquette tickets are in your Ticketmaster account. You'll need to install
the United Center app and link it to your Ticketmaster account to get your tickets. Once I did that I had my tickets and was able to transfer them with ease to my friend who I bought them for.

What a strange setup, but worked easily for me also...just glad I use the same email address for everything. Thanks Eddy.

I guess that given that tickets are being distributed by Ticketmaster through the United Center app they won't appear in our IU accounts so that all makes sense. Those who don't check Ticketmaster will get their notification of ticket availability when IU sends out their email with instructions for accessing tickets.

Section 120 (lower bowl, corner) toward the top of the section. Pretty much exactly what I was expecting to get. No complaints.

Welp - got the email from IU saying that my Marquette tix are ready for download. Just a bit behind the curve as usual.
