Dave from Dayton Posted October 27, 2024 Posted October 27, 2024 We have very few assists. Turnover rate is down. Technical Foul rate is down. Shooting percentage is up. Rebound rate is down. Defense is porous. Quote

IU Prof Posted October 27, 2024 Posted October 27, 2024 I will say, kudos to the staff for scheduling this game. It's a great tune up before things start for real. Hollywood Mike Miranda, Joe_hoopsier, hoosierdogg and 3 others 6 Quote
Dave from Dayton Posted October 27, 2024 Posted October 27, 2024 It is time to start playing team ball, team defense, get the loose balls, and go into and keep the lead. Refuse to lose. Quote
Juwan Moye Posted October 27, 2024 Posted October 27, 2024 I understand this was an exhibition, and Tennessee should be a good team, but nothing that I’ve seen suggests our coaching staff has actually adjusted much from last year. Perimeter D and shooting still look poor, buddy ball looks to be our norm. Hope I’m wrong but I went ahead and turned that game off. Felt it making me even more pessimistic about how our coach will put these pieces together. Home Jersey and str8baller 2 Quote
TTT Posted October 27, 2024 Posted October 27, 2024 Tennessee would probably be a 4 to 6 place team in big ten. Stuhoo 1 Quote

Home Jersey Posted October 27, 2024 Posted October 27, 2024 What a dump off by Rice! Wouldve been an awesome slam if Malik finished. Nice play by Carlyle to save it Napleshoosier 1 Quote

Stuhoo Posted October 27, 2024 Author Posted October 27, 2024 If “Luke Goode can’t shoot” is our biggest downside? fwgreenway 1 Quote
Home Jersey Posted October 27, 2024 Posted October 27, 2024 We are missing Gallo, Tucker and Newton. And beating the #12 team in the country. It’s been ugly, as it’s an October exhibition and shots aren’t falling, but on the whole… it’s nice to be winning. Looks more similar to last years team than I’d have expected.
