This is the kid scoring approx. a billion points in Kentucky (?) right? Let’s do it.

That’s the one. Also has some highlight videos with some of the deepest 3’s you’ll ever see. Dame would be proud.

Thru 19 games this season, he's averaging 30p and 6r per game.  He's a 52% FG shooter and that's for 2s and 3s combined.

For 16 AAU games last summer he averaged 16.9p; 4.0r; 4.2a; 2.5s; .1b, 2.6t.  He shot 42% FG; 36% on 3s; 77% FT.

Lyon County (15-5) defeated Webster County 89-79 in a wild game.  Lyon Co. led 35-27 at the half and then both teams proceeded to put up over 50 pts. in the second half.  LC's lead was 20 after 3Qs but got as low as 6 with 39 sec. left.  Perry finished with 33 and had to work for every point.  He was tightly guarded the whole game plus was the team's primary ball handler in the backcourt.  He made a variety of shots and was 13-22 FG; 3-7 on 3s; 4-4 FT.  He added 7r; 3a; 3s; 1b; 2t and played the entire 32 minutes.

No question in my mind he'll be an excellent four year college player.

One would think he's a UK lean - Calipari is giving him love, but you never know, and he's certainly reciprocating the IU interest.

Worth noting; for family access he is in far Western Kentucky and the exact same distance from Bloomington as from Lexington.

Last night Lyon County (17-5) defeated Hopkinsville (5-11) 77-66 in a dogfight.  It was back and forth through 3 Qs and after 3, Hopkinsville led 50-49.  Timely shooting and tougher defense made the difference for Lyon Co.  Hopkinsville was a more athletic team but Lyon Co. was a better basketball team if that makes sense.  Perry finished with 31p; 2r; 5a; 5s; 0b; 3t.  He was 11-26 FG; 6-15 on 3s; 3-3 FT.  He didn't take bad shots, they simply weren't falling for him.  He was the difference maker in the 4th Q scoring 10p and dishing out 4a.  He's got quick hands on defense and a quick release on his shot.
