40 people at the Fantasy camp.

$4,000-$7,000 per camper (let’s say an average of $5,000) 

= $200,000 in three days gross revenue  and at least $100,000 in NIL net from the camp.

5,000 at Fanfest. Lots of $5.00 tickets, but also a few hundred $250.00 tickets. Let’s say an average of $10.00 per. That’s $50,000 gross, let’s say $25,000 net from the Fanfest.

That’s about $10,000 net NIL per player for three days of very fun ‘work’

Pretty strong player-friendly, fan-friendly, booster access-friendly event.

That’s not even counting the auction to coach the scrimmage that brought in another $2000 and the gold outing. 
I couldn’t find prices on that but I’m sure it brought in some decent money. 
 

Overall, it looked like a good event for everyone involved.

This makes it so that each basketball player on the men's team has made at least 50K before the season has started. Now some like TJD, Race, and others have made much more than that. But this is just from a couple of deals, not counting what the players have made on their own.
