Bobman1 Posted January 26, 2020 Posted January 26, 2020 Is there even a 1% chance that this guy goes anywhere other than Duke? He’s been quoted saying he’s a Duke fan but he’s definitely going through the recruiting process. Probably will end up being Duke though if I had a crystal ball vote. Good to hear Izzo wasting his time recruiting a kid who’s just going through the motions until he commits to Duke. Less time he will spend trying to poach Indiana kids. Go get ‘em Tom! Class of '66 Old Fart Posted February 5, 2020 Posted February 5, 2020 Rolling Meadows beaten handily by Deerfield 74-51. Extract from newspaper write-up: Clearly showing how much they respected Meadows' celebrated junior Max Christie, they chased him all over the court, trapping him in zones and doubling him in man-to-man. While he displayed patience and poise and distributed the ball to his little brother Cameron (team-high 14 points), Orlando Thomas (8) and Jonah Ogunsanya (8), Max Christie only wound up with 8 points himself on just 9 shots as Deerfield was clearly conscience of and focused on him.
