Only  2 of the top 10 played at high schools last year. The rest were Prep kids.

Looks like most of the 2022 basketball kids will be on campus by the end of the weekend. Along with all of the freshman football kids. If you are in town and want to see them, you can always try Memorial Stadium, Assembly hall, or hang outside of Willkie for the summer. I'm guessing Mother Bears will get a lot of their business.

get them on campus, in a routine and start the season out strong

Yup. It's a business these days, and the business starts early lol..

I was looking at the top 25 (general) for the class of 2023. Over half the kids were at private schools, preps, academies, etc.. 

Football to an extent is getting that way with IMG and some others. 

As long as they come prepared to get the grades and stay eligible, I don't have an issue with it.
