That TD alone was a joke. They threw the flag (correctly) and then picked it up for no reason. There's no logical explanation for that. It's simply cheating. Now that's not to say that's the reason we're losing this game. From what it sounds like we put ourselves in a big hole in the 1st quarter.

It wouldn't matter. The ST is what screwed us. However, that was an offensive PI so should have one TD off the board.

They've definitely be underwhelming so far. I'd like for us to finally pick a quarterback and settle on one offense instead of going back and forth. Maybe that would help things.

I've watched the whole game and it's the only call I've seen even slightly questionable.  I've seen far far far worse officiating.

I think they've settled on one offense, they're just trying to run the same offense with one QB that's young and needs to develop and another that just generally sucks.

Oh I definitely don't like the offense.  I wasn't big on the DeBord hire and there are WAY too many designed QB runs for my liking.

I'm ready to watch us play another school at our level so we can gauge what kind of team we are. I wonder if our offense would look any better against them.

There is no reason why we can't at least be on the level of Northwestern, Iowa, and even Wisconsin in football. We have upgraded facilities, a beautiful campus, better weather than all three of those other teams. And, our girls can hold their own with anyone. That was my obligatory sexiest comment on a football forum. But, seriously, why are those programs usually better than us?

It worked a little better at TENN when they had Josh Dobbs. Here it just looks stupid especially when you have Thomas and Cobbs. Also, why the hell are we rotating like 4 RB's.

I still wouldn't like the offense.  Give me a pro style offense every day of the week.

That was a scummy call was my intended point. They knew what they were doing and that sickens me. Just do your job and quit playing favorites.
