Top 5 Attributes for the next coach

So many names are being thrown out for the coaching position.  I thought it might be fun to leave the names out and list out top 3-5 desired traits for the new Hoosier head man.  Here are mine.

1. Alpha Male (I want there to be no doubt who is in charge of the team)

2. Heavy focus on ball control 

3. Defensive minded

4. Position based basketball

I like your #2.  I think that a key component to being a teacher is having control of your classroom.  I got very tired of seeing the player run huddles.  I just want a guy that every player looks at during timeouts.

I don't have a list yet but something I'd like to see with a new coach is using the pieces to construct the best TEAM. Crean was a good developer of talent but didn't always use that to the best interest of the team and winning game.
