This is the team we've been looking for. Wisconsin hasn't been playing that well and anything close to tonight's effort takes them down. From there, it gets really interesting!

Get tourney away from Indy and we are decent. 8-9 in games away from Indy and at least 1 win 6 times in 10 yrs. Indy we are 3-10 with 1st rd elimination 7 times in 10 yrs. Even Crean is 3-2 with at least a win in all 3 tourneys elsewhere. 1-6 in Indy with elimination in 1st game 5 times in 6 yrs.

Nice win tonight.  I actually want to beat Wiscy too----still should not save Crean's job as we can't finish with a winning record in the BIG which is inexcusable with all our talent. Crean just got a lot more in demand which will also help him land a new position which is fine by me as he is a good person and a good coach---just not the one to take us to banner 6.

I've been saying it for awhile. DG can be the lead guard for a B1G contender. He might not be great right now but he's going to be. He understands the game and how to get his team involved. He made a mistake by digging off Bohannon early but in a good system he would be an All B1G type performer as an upperclassman.

Played solid defense and hit shots.  Played like we all expected after we beat Kansas!  Kinda cumbersome and bittersweet.

I think CuJo is being underestimated. If he sticks around and doesn't transfer he will be a above average starter for us his junior year. Kid just needs to get the fundamentals down. It kinda reminds me of Vic and Sheehey when they came in. Vic showed a lot more but mainly off potential. DG is a Sheehey type guy. He stabilizes your program. I fully expect him to be our leader next year. I think DG will be a borderline NBA prospect. CuJo could do himself wonders if he worked on his handles. It would set his whole game up. The way he plays he needs to be able to be a above average driver with control. I give Crean a lot of credit from this class. Even McSwain has shown me why we got him too. I am one of the few that dont believe this team take a step back. I think we stay the same but with more consistency and we steal a few more games from being more experienced in the backcourt. I expect DD, Juwan, Freddy and Moore will be a better frontline than most think. Add Smith to it and I am excited.
